Hi, I'm Jen. Founder of Stagefully.
I’m so glad you’re here. I created Stagefully and the stagefulness philosophy with you in mind. I care deeply about people and this world we share, and something tells me you do too.
Seven years ago, I found myself at what felt like the final act of my story—a divorced single mom, standing alone with what seemed like a stage set for failure. But as J.K. Rowling says, rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life. And I had no choice but to rise. Why? Because I had two small hearts looking to me for strength.
I didn’t start with much—just an old pair of running shoes and a deep desire to reclaim my life. I wasn’t running to escape the chaos, but to chase something bigger. A story worth living. I stopped sitting in the audience of my own life, hiding behind the curtain, and instead, I stepped boldly into the spotlight. With each step, my confidence grew. For the first time, I was taking control of my own story, embracing the power to shape my life with purpose and intention.
Every step became part of my unfolding narrative. Every challenge was a cue, not for defeat, but for growth. Act by act, I rewrote my script, turning every setback into a setup for a comeback. And from those ashes, stagefulness was born—not just to survive, but to thrive, driven by faith, by purpose, and by the belief that we can always rise.
My mission is bold: to ignite a global movement where people stagefully live with purpose, harmonizing mindfulness and action to create a better world—one intentional act at a time.
After all, we only get one shot to win at life, and it’s time we step into the spotlight and make it count.
